Biography
Several years of experience in the security field, with skills in red teaming, web application auditing, wireless network auditing, infrastructure assessments, cloud audits, business logic analysis in transactional applications, vulnerability evaluation in APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP, gRPC), and exploitation of NFC/Bluetooth scenarios. César has also worked on creating CTF environments, business-logic challenges, and has presented multiple talks at events such as Ekoparty, Bugcon, Bsides Panama, DOJOConf, and Pwn3d!Con.
With extensive cybersecurity experience and holds multiple industry-recognized certifications, including Junior Penetration Tester (eJPT), Mobile Application Penetration Tester (eMAPT), Certified Penetration Testing Engineer (CPTE), and Hacking Azure. Among his other achievements are the publication of tools for analyzing mobile applications in cross-platform languages and being a former educational content creator for the TryHackMe platform.
